Not long! Generally, your items will be repaired in about 5-7 days after we receive them. As soon as your repairs are complete, we’ll ship them back to you. The entire process generally takes about 2-3 weeks. It all just depends on the repairs needed.

We typically ask for 10-14 days to complete a majority of repairs once we have received your items.

Online shoe repair, or mail-in shoe repair, is a piece of cake! All you need to do is to place you repair order online, box up your items (or use our mailing bag!) and affix the prepaid shipping label, and then ship your items to our cobblers. We'll tenderly repair your items and then ship them back to you just as soon as the magic is complete! Before placing an order, we suggest first grabbing your shoes, boots, handbag or other item that needs to be repaired. That way, you can better visualize and choose the repairs you need. If you're not sure what you need, you can chat, zoom, call, or email our cobblers to receive all the guidance and support you'd like!

All of our repairs are sent back to you via our trusted and capable partners at FedEx. When you are shipping your orders using our label, please be sure to drop your package off at a FedEx location or dropbox.

All repair orders will incur a base fee of $16 for shipping and handling. This helps to cover the two-way shipping to and from our repair facility. For more convenience, you can request a Mailer Bag for an additional $6. For added security for more expensive items (highly recommended) you can include a Signature Required service from FedEx for an additional $3.

They are large! The measure 14” x 19”, and an typically fit 3-4 pairs of women’s shoes, 1-2 pairs of men’s shoes, or 1 pair of boots. If your items don’t fit in the bag, just affix the label from the bag onto any larger box you have available. A good way to reuse those Amazon boxes!

To help reduce shipping costs, please only include your items for repair. We cannot keep track of other items you may ship to us, and we would hate to lose something you use often.
