Placing a “custom order” will provide you with an official order number and mailing label for you to ship your item(s) to us.
If your virtual cobbler has already evaluated your needs and given you a quote, we’ll begin repairs once we receive your items. However, if we need to adjust the quote for any reason, or if you have not yet received a quote, we’ll contact you to review your repair needs once we receive and evaluate your items.
NOTE: Please only use this “custom order” if you have been asked to do so by one of our virtual cobblers. Thanks!
